Our story

About Peerless Network

We are a registered non-governmental organisation focused on the growth and wellbeing of teenage girls, especially students in secondary schools.

Since May 2021

Peerless Network was founded in Ondo State

Founder: Olajumoke Ajayi
Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria

Peerless Network began full operation in May 2021 with a focus on raising, mentoring and supporting young girls. Our work helps girls discover their identity, value and potential through educational sessions, personal development and character-building activities.

We have expanded our work across several secondary schools in Ondo State, establishing clubs and mentorship structures that allow girls to stay connected with guidance and support.

Our approach is built on consistent engagement. We want girls to have space to learn, speak openly, ask questions and consider the kind of future they want for themselves.

Our mission

To empower young girls with the right values, guidance, confidence and mentorship needed to discover purpose, maximise their potential and live better lives.

Our vision

To raise a generation of purpose-driven, confident, disciplined and impactful young women who will positively influence their communities and society.

What guides our work

Our core values

S

Self Discovery

We help girls understand who they are, recognise their worth and build healthy self-esteem. Mentorship gives them room to talk about their strengths, questions and experiences.

M

Made for More

We encourage girls to look beyond the limits they may have placed on themselves. Their background does not have to decide their ambitions, and their talents deserve attention.

D

Discovering Purpose

We guide girls as they explore their interests, talents and future goals. The focus is on understanding what matters to them and taking practical steps towards it.

B

Better Living

We encourage personal hygiene, positive choices, discipline, leadership and emotional wellbeing. These everyday habits help girls care for themselves and treat others with respect.
