What we do

Our programmes

School-based outreach and ongoing mentorship help girls develop confidence, explore their goals and build positive habits.

Secondary-school girls speaking together during a Peerless Network gathering

01 / For secondary schools in Ondo State

School outreach

We take conversations about identity, confidence and values into secondary schools. Meeting girls in their school community helps us reach them where they learn and spend time together.

02 / Guidance, listening and support

Mentorship and counselling

Girls need people they can speak with, not just people who speak to them. Our mentoring sessions make room for questions about growing up, relationships, school and personal goals.

03 / Skills for school and life

Leadership and personal development

We help girls practise responsibility, communication and decision-making. Sessions connect leadership to everyday situations, from working with classmates to taking responsibility for a goal.

04 / Time to connect with other girls

Conferences and hangouts

Our teenage girl conferences and hangouts bring girls together beyond their usual school routines. They create space for shared conversations, learning and friendships.

05 / Identity, self-worth and expression

Confidence-building sessions

We address self-esteem and the way girls see themselves. Girls are encouraged to recognise their strengths, express their views and develop a healthier sense of their own worth.

06 / Consistent engagement through school clubs

Accountability and support

Growth takes more than a single conversation. School clubs and mentorship structures provide continued encouragement as girls work on their habits, choices and personal goals.
